This name came from one of our very first customers, an industry executive who was so satisfied with what we accomplished that she said, “If I ever need help with this complex stuff again, I’ll just call an eLogician”. Prior to founding eLogic, Mike held executive management positions in Fortune 500 industrial and process industry companies including ITT Industries, Goulds Pumps and Exxon Mobil Corporation. Mike's diverse manufacturing sector background includes a balance of operating and technology leadership positions including Chief Information Officer, Vice President and General Manager, and Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service. Throughout Mike's management career the common thread has been a strong focus on improving business results through process optimization and technology leverage. He remains passionate about enabling manufacturers to become more competitive and profitable by removing waste from all demand-driven operations, and adopting high-yield commerce practices.

Kris brings the full-range of business and technical competencies, skills, and experience proven to deliver unparalleled tech-enabled business performance. His early career in application development and systems life-cycle management for enterprise eCommerce solutions created a strong foundation for high productivity and quality tech leadership. Kris moved into the business-delivery side of technology during his years at the industry-leading software company delivering specialized commerce software for the U.S. Federal Communications Commission and government regulators around the world. He was the key leader in the turning a one-off consulting solution into a full-function, repeatable cloud-based SAAS model solution set. His background includes more than two decades of process and systems management in Fortune 500 companies, with extensive background in automation and e-business for engineered/industrial products. Since founding eLogic in 1999, Tom has focused entirely on commerce excellence and software innovation in eLogic's core market, with dozens of software and process breakthroughs. Tom is a tenacious, customer-oriented leader with a great track record in implementing successes where other software and consulting firms have fallen short. His experience with systems integration is widely recognized as among the best in the industry.

Lawrence is the Chief Technology Officer of eLogic and is the lead solution architect for all eLogic products and services. Throughout his career, Lawrence has applied a high degree of creativity and deep technical knowledge to deliver uniquely optimized solutions for complex business requirements. Prior to joining eLogic, he held management positions in global consulting firms including KPMG and IBM Global Services. Lawrence is a widely recognized authority and board member of the SAP Configuration Workgroup (CWG) and a key contributor to influence groups on the topics of analytics and next generation quoting solutions. He brings a multi-discipline perspective to business challenges and has routinely devised solutions and recovered projects where other consulting firms were unsuccessful. Lawrence is leading eLogic's efforts to build new integrated commerce solutions with Microsoft, SAP, and complementary technologies. He has a proven track record of continual innovation that has driven dramatic process improvements for customers.
